On October 17, 2024, the FHWA posted a hotlinks version of the 11th Edition of the MUTCD.  This version provides the ability to easily navigate throughout the MUTCD using internal hotlinks. Where another Part, Chapter, Section, Figure, Table, Page, or Appendix within the MUTCD 11th Edition is referenced, you can click on that reference and be automatically sent to that item’s location within the document.
