Task forces and other groups will meet on Wednesday, technical committees will meet all day Thursday and Friday morning.
Registration
The fee for early registration is $180 ($155 for first-time attendees) on or before May 5, 2023. If you register after that date, the fee is $230 ($205 for first-time attendees). The fee is the same either by electronic or PDF registration. The registration fee covers continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday and breaks. If you have attended an in-person or virtual meeting in the past, please register under the standard rate.

Registration for the meeting may be completed either online using a credit card or via PDF registration form. NCUTCD strongly recommends that attendees register and pay using online registration and credit card.
Online Registration (Credit Card)

Offline (PDF) Registration
If paying by means other than a credit card (purchase order, check, Venmo, or Zelle) please use the PDF registration form available at the link below. Please follow the instructions on the form. Offline registration via PDF form closes June 2, 2023 – after that date, only online registration will be available. If registering using the PDF form, fees must be received by May 5th in order to qualify for the early registration rate. Submitting a registration form without fee payment on or before May 5th does not qualify for the early rate.

Hotel Information
Room rates at the Marriott Tacoma Downtown are $189.00, plus taxes and fees. Reservations received after June 4, 2023 will be at a higher rate if available.

Transportation
Sea-Tac Airport (SEA) is 25 miles north of the hotel and convention center. The hotel does not provide a shuttle to or from the airport. Sound Transit runs express bus route 574 every half hour from Sea-Tac to the Tacoma Dome Station. Fare is $3.75 (exact change). It is a short streetcar, rideshare, or cab ride from the Tacoma Dome to the hotel and convention center.
