Task forces and other groups will meet on Wednesday, technical committees will meet all day Thursday, and the NCUTCD Council will meet on Friday.
Registration
The fee for early registration is $155 ($130 for first-time attendees) on or before April 30, 2022. If you register after that date, the fee is $205 ($180 for first-time attendees). The fee is the same either by electronic or PDF registration. The registration fee covers continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday and breaks. If you have attended an in-person or virtual meeting in the past, please register under the standard rate.
Spouses or guests may be registered at a fee of $35 each. There will be a spouse / guest suite available each day and other activities may be planned.
Registration for the meeting may be completed either online using a credit card or via PDF registration form. NCUTCD strongly recommends that attendees register and pay using online registration and credit card.

Offline (PDF) Registration
If paying by means other than a credit card (purchase order, check, ACH, Venmo, or Zelle) please use the PDF registration form available at the link below. Please follow the instructions on the form. Offline registration via PDF form closes May 21, 2022 – after that date, only online registration will be available.

Hotel Information
Room rates at the Founders Inn are $149.00, plus taxes and fees. Reservations received after May 21st, 2022 will be at a higher rate. Rooms are limited, especially for Tuesday evening, June 14th, so book early.

Transportation
Norfolk International Airport (ORF) is 8 miles or 12 minutes from the hotel. Flights are available from several different airlines. A shuttle ($12 per person each way) is available to and from the hotel from 7 AM to 11 PM. Newport News International Airport (PHF) is 35 miles from the hotel, and Richmond International Airport (RIC) is 92 miles from the hotel.
The DC / Baltimore area airports are approximately 200-240 miles (4-5 hours) from the hotel. Norfolk and Newport News are also served by Amtrak.
The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to the Virginia Beach oceanfront based on availability.
