The 2011 Annual Meeting of the NCUTCD will be held January 19-21, 2011 at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel in Arlington, Virginia

before December 18, 2010 for the early registration rate. After that, or registering at the door, the fee is higher. If you are not able to send the registration form with a check by December 18, please plan to register at the door. The registration fee covers continental breakfasts and breaks.
Note: Registrations received after December 18 or received without a check will be required to pay the late registration fee.Sorry, we cannot accommodate credit cards, so please include a check with your registration form. The NCUTCD federal tax ID number is on the top of the registration form.
Hotel Information:
Hotel reservations may be made by calling the Hilton at 1-800-Hiltons (800-445-8667). When you call, please state that you are attending the “NCUTCD 2010 Annual Conference” to get the special rate of $155.00 single or double. The cut-off date for reservations is December 20, 2010. After that, reservations are accepted on an availability basis.
Transportation:
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle from the airport. There are phones in the baggage area that connect directly to the hotel. Call upon arrival and the hotel shuttle will pick you up. The hotel is only about ten minutes from the airport.
Parking:
A discounted parking fee of $12.00 per day will be granted to meeting attendees.
