Date and Location

The 2009 Annual Meeting of the NCUTCD will be held January 7-9, 2009, at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel in Arlington, Virginia. The Hilton is adjacent to Reagan National Airport.

Click here for a preliminary agenda. Note that the Technical Committees will be meeting on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. The Council will meet on Thursday and Friday mornings.

Registration Information

by December 15, 2008 for the early registration rate. After that, or registering at the door, the fee is higher. If you are not able to send the registration form with a check by December 15, please plan to register at the door. The registration fee covers continental breakfasts and breaks. Fees for luncheons are separate.
Note: Registrations received after December 15 or received without a check will be required to pay the late registration fee.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate credit cards, so please include a check with your registration form. The federal tax ID number is on the top of the registration form.

Hotel Information

Hotel reservations may be made by calling the Hilton at (800) 695-7551. When you call, please state that you are attending the National Committee meeting to get the special rate of $139.00 single or double. The cut-off date for reservations is December 16, 2008. After that, reservations are accepted on an availability basis.

Transportation

The Hilton provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Reagan National Airport. You can call the Hilton from courtesy phones located throughout the airport or just wait at the curb and a shuttle comes every 15-20 minutes. From Dulles or BWI airports, you will have to catch a cab, rent a car or take the airport limo to Reagan National airport, then catch the Hilton shuttle. Parking at the Hilton is $10.00 per day for NCUTCD delegates.
